Years after the war, long after “They” thought all the balloon bombs were accounted for took a group of children for a seaside outing. On a hillside, in a place that looked perfectly idyllic, a young boy found a strange looking object and brought it to my relative for further inspection. Ironically “They” claim she was the “last victim of WII.”

Should read “, a distant relative of mine took a group of children for a seaside outing.” Spell check is the friend of fumbling fingers!
